The "Patented UI" story continues - Creative files a lawsuit

Back in 2001, Creative supposedly had the scoop (or at least got its paperworks in order) on a user interface that allows browsing digital content on an id3-tag basis (e.g. by Artist, Album or Genre). Of course, many others have followed suit ever since - Apple being one of them - but it wasn't until August of this year before we got to hear about this whole deal. Things remained pretty quite over the last couple of months, but apparently, Mister Sim Wong Hoo felt confident enough to bring it up again.
