You have all worked pretty hard over the last couple of weeks and we have made a lot of progress with our various development and implementation efforts. There are still areas that we have to improve, e.g. working more closely together as a team, but overall it looks pretty good. As a little thank you and sign of our appreciation we would like to give you an early start into hopefully a very nice and relaxing long Labor Day weekend. Unless there are items that absolutely need to be completed today I would like to "send" you home at 2:00 pm and give you a half day off. This way you will have an early start into the weekend and can hopefully avoid the worst traffic. In your time sheets please simply report as "Miscellaneous". Have a great weekend and come back relaxed and recharged.
