ale celkom aj ano. keby aj u nas lokalne boli patenty, tak by si vsetky tie velke firmy museli o ten patent poziadat u nas. nemyslim si, ze sa tomu nejak extra budu venovat. a tych 5 patentov, co by tu vzniklo nejak prezijeme.

okrem toho si nemyslim, ze lokalne sa to bude riesit inak ako je to v unii, podla mna vsetci pockaju tri roky.

a posledne -- u nas patentovy urad nebol nakloneny softverovym patentom vobec. kamos sa bavil s nejakymi ludmi z patentoveho uradu a ti sa vyjadrili, ze by neboli radi, keby u nas boli sw patenty.

to znie fajn ale napriklad Europsky Patentovy Urad (EPO) softver patentuje. Napriklad VLC Player musel stiahnut nejaku funkcionalitu kvoli patentu od spolocnosti DTS ( info ) .. tak neviem - spolocnosti si daju veci patentovat cez EPO a potom mozu lokalne "chranit svoje napady" .. je to divne.. zevraj tych patentov cez EPO je 10000 az 30000 doteraz..
