the idea's at least as absurd as idea of l'écriture feminine. but yes, if you want to stereotypically isolate some patterns (heroic conflict with the world, soliteurism) as masculline, you can call it that. but i bet you don't really want to. it rather has to do with peter's character, but maybe i'm not qualified enough to have this kind of extempore.
what i really liked was the usage of short and somewhat restrainedly pathetic sentences.
