CHELSEA MOVE FOR JAROSIK
Chelsea have completed the signing of CSKA Moscow midfielder Jiri Jarosik.

The Czech Republic international joins the Barclays Premiership leaders on a two-and-a-half year deal and is eligible to play immediately.

Coach Jose Mourinho had been looking for cover in midfield after a foot injury to England international Scott Parker.

Jarosik, formerly of Sparta Prague, told official club website www.chelseafc.com: “I’m very happy and proud to have joined a club like Chelsea — it’s like a dream come true for me.

“I hope I will become an important part of the squad and help Chelsea to achieve its goals for the season. It’s a great challenge for me and I’m really looking forward to the opportunity.”
